Privacy Policy
Last updated: 7 November 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how ZunoLaunch ("we", "us") handles personal information when you use ZunoLaunch, whether you are a Business or a Customer booking on a Business's website.
1. Information we collect
- Business information: your name, business name, category, email, phone number, address, logo and website content, and the identity and bank details needed for payouts (collected and verified by Cashfree).
- Customer information: name, email, phone number and booking details (service, date, time, notes) entered when booking on a Business's website, and sign-in details if you sign in with Google.
- Payment information: card, UPI and bank details are entered on Cashfree's secure checkout. We do not receive or store them. We receive only the status and amount of the payment.
- Technical information: device, browser, IP address and pages visited, collected through cookies and similar tools.
2. Our role
For information about a Business and its account, ZunoLaunch decides how it is used. For Customer information collected on a Business's website, the Business decides why it is collected and we process it on the Business's behalf to run bookings, so please also read that Business's own privacy policy.
3. How we use information
- To create accounts, run websites, take and manage bookings and process payments.
- To send confirmations, reminders and service messages by email.
- To keep the platform secure, prevent fraud and meet legal obligations.
- To understand and improve the platform and, with cookies, to measure and advertise our own website.
4. Who we share it with
We do not sell personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us run the platform, and only as needed:
- Cashfree Payments, to process payments, split settlements and verify Businesses.
- Google Firebase, for sign-in and for storing platform data.
- Cloudinary, for storing images; LiveKit, for video appointments; and email delivery providers.
- Analytics and advertising tools such as Google Analytics and Meta Pixel, where enabled on our site or a Business's site.
- The Business a Customer books with, and authorities where the law requires.
5. Cookies
We use cookies that keep you signed in and the site working. Where analytics or advertising pixels are enabled, they also use cookies to measure visits. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, though parts of the site may stop working.
6. How long we keep information
We keep information while an account is active and as long as needed for payments, accounting, disputes and legal duties. After that we delete it or make it anonymous.
7. Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards, including encrypted connections, to protect information. No system is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
8. Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your personal information, or withdraw consent, as the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and other Indian law allow. Write to support.b2dev@gmail.com. We may keep records we are legally required to keep.
