Terms & Conditions

Last updated: 7 November 2026

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of ZunoLaunch, a platform operated by ZunoLaunch ("we", "us", "our"). By using ZunoLaunch you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use it.

1. What ZunoLaunch is

ZunoLaunch is software that lets a business ("Business") create its own website, list its services, take appointment bookings and accept online payments. The people who book and pay on a Business's website are its "Customers".

ZunoLaunch is a technology provider. The Business, not ZunoLaunch, provides the services booked by its Customers and is responsible for them.

2. Eligibility and accounts

  • You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding contract under Indian law.
  • Business accounts are set up by our team after onboarding. You must give accurate, complete and current information, and keep it up to date.
  • You are responsible for keeping your login details confidential and for everything done through your account. Tell us at once if you suspect misuse.

3. Fees and taxes

  • A Business pays a monthly plan fee, as shown on our Pricing section. Promotional offers, such as the founding client offer, apply on the terms stated when they are offered.
  • A service charge, currently 10% unless a different rate is agreed in writing, applies to each booking paid online through the platform. It is deducted from the payment at the time of the split.
  • Payment gateway charges levied by Cashfree Payments are separate and are borne as set out in your payout arrangement.
  • All amounts are in Indian Rupees (₹). Applicable taxes, including GST, are added where required.
  • We may change our fees with advance notice. Changes do not affect payments already made.

4. Online payments and split settlement

Online payments are processed by Cashfree Payments India Private Limited ("Cashfree"), a payment aggregator authorized by the Reserve Bank of India. ZunoLaunch does not hold Customer funds and is not a bank or a payment aggregator.

  • When a Customer pays, Cashfree splits the payment automatically: the Business's share is settled to the bank account it has verified with Cashfree, and our service charge is deducted.
  • A Business must complete Cashfree's KYC and bank verification before it can receive payouts. Until then, online payments cannot be split to it.
  • Settlement timelines follow Cashfree's settlement schedule. We are not responsible for delays caused by banks, payment networks or Cashfree.
  • Payouts may be delayed or withheld where we or Cashfree reasonably suspect fraud, a dispute or chargeback, or where the law requires it.

5. Responsibilities of Businesses

  • Offer only lawful services, with accurate descriptions, prices and availability.
  • Honor confirmed bookings, and deal with Customer complaints, cancellations and refunds for your services fairly and promptly.
  • Display your own cancellation and refund policy to Customers. It must not conflict with consumer protection law.
  • Comply with all laws that apply to your business, including tax, licensing and consumer laws.
  • Do not use the platform for any business or activity prohibited by law or by Cashfree's acceptable-use policies.

6. Refunds and chargebacks

Refunds are handled as described in our Refund & Cancellation Policy. Where a Customer disputes a payment and it results in a chargeback, the amount, along with any related fees, is the responsibility of the Business. We may recover it from future payouts.

7. Acceptable use

  • Do not break the law, infringe anyone's rights, or upload harmful, misleading or offensive content.
  • Do not try to access other accounts, disrupt the platform, or reverse-engineer it.
  • Do not use the platform to collect payments for goods or services you do not actually provide.

8. Content and intellectual property

You keep ownership of the content you upload, such as your logo, photos and text. You give ZunoLaunch a license to host and display it so that your website works. ZunoLaunch, its software, design and branding belong to ZunoLaunch; these Terms do not transfer any rights in them to you.

9. Availability of the service

We work to keep the platform available but do not promise uninterrupted service. We may update, change or pause features, for example for maintenance, and we will try to give notice of significant changes.

10. Suspension and termination

You can stop using the platform at any time by contacting us. We may suspend or end an account if these Terms are broken, if required by law or by Cashfree, if payments are unpaid, or if the account puts others at risk. Money you are owed for completed payments will still be settled, less amounts due to us.

11. Disclaimer and limit of liability

The platform is provided "as is". To the fullest extent the law allows, ZunoLaunch is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit or data, or for the acts of Businesses or Customers. Our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the three months before the claim arose.

12. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to any rights you have as a consumer, the competent courts in India have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute. We encourage you to contact us first so we can try to resolve it.

13. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The date at the top shows when they were last changed. Continuing to use the platform after a change means you accept the new Terms.
